Once a refund has been processed on our end, it will be returned via your original payment method. We use a secure PCI compliant  third party payment provider to handle all transactions, adding an extra layer of protection and authorisation for both parties. While most refunds clear much sooner, we advise allowing up to 21 working days to account for both your bank’s processing time and the clearance procedure via our provider. This ensures the transaction is fully authorised, securely transferred, and correctly reconciled at both ends.
